We aim to present every product as accurately as possible.
Product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, availability and other details
are provided to help you make a purchase decision.
Display settings, photography and production variations may mean that the appearance
of a product on screen is not identical in every circumstance.
Product availability may change, and inclusion of an item on the website does not
guarantee that it will remain available at the time of checkout.

The amount shown at checkout is the basis of your order.

An order request is subject to acceptance and availability.
Submitting an order means you are offering to purchase the selected products
subject to these Terms & Conditions.
VĒRA may be unable to accept or fulfill an order because of stock availability,
payment issues, incorrect product or pricing information, suspected misuse,
delivery limitations or other reasonable operational reasons.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
Once processing or fulfillment has advanced, changes may no longer be possible.

Delivery
Delivery details depend on the order and destination.
Available delivery information is provided during the purchase journey or through
order updates where applicable.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays are caused by circumstances
outside reasonable control, including carrier delays, address issues, customs,
service interruptions or other external events.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our separate return policy.
VĒRA currently provides a 30-day return window under its Returns & Refund Policy,
subject to the eligibility requirements stated on that page.
Eligible items should be unused, in the same condition as received and in their original
packaging, with proof of purchase available.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
